At Resinkaa, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of the handmade artifacts, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Please review our policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment:
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our production and fulfillment process. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are processed. However, if you notice any mistakes in your order (such as incorrect shipping details) or would like to make adjustments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate the changes if the order has not yet entered the production stage.
b) After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for assistance if you encounter any issues with the product after it has been delivered.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, Resinkaa does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Dissatisfaction with the product once received
- Issues related to the aesthetic or design (as each item is handmade and may have slight variations)
We strongly encourage you to review the product descriptions, images, and other details before placing your order to ensure that the product meets your expectations.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
a) Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the damage or defect within [insert number of days] days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, when contacting us.
b) Resolution:
If your item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer you the following options:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a similar item of equal value, or you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of the damaged product.
Note: We may require the return of the damaged item before processing any replacement or store credit.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products due to the nature of the handmade items. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Any costs related to the return of an item (in case of damaged or defective goods) will be covered by Resinkaa, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
